Referrals
In order to proceed with a booking, patients must have a signed Request Form or Referral Letter from either their GP or a consultant. Your GP has access to knowledge of your medical history, which will not only benefit you but will also be helpful to your consultant and us. If you have private medical insurance your insurer will usually require a consultant referral. We advise you to contact your insurance company first.
